The invention discloses a whole-plate type garage door. The whole-plate type garage door comprises a square whole door plate, a towing motor, a towing rope and tracks. The tracks comprise the first vertical track, the second vertical track, the first horizontal track and the second horizontal track. The first vertical track is provided with a first sliding block. The second vertical track is provided with a second sliding block. The first horizontal track is provided with a third sliding block. The second horizontal track is provided with a fourth sliding block. The first sliding block, the second sliding block, the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block are connected with the four corners of the whole door plate respectively. The initial end of the towing rope is connected with the fourth sliding block, and the trail end of the towing rope is connected with the second sliding block. In this way, according to the whole-plate type garage door, the fourth sliding block moves backwards while the second sliding block moves upwards, so that the whole door plate moves upwards and is overturned, and the door opening action is completed; on the contrary, the door is closed; and the whole door plate is good in structural strength, and the stability of door opening and closing is good.
