The invention relates to the field of doors and windows, in particular to a sound-absorbing and damp-proofing door for a music hall. The sound-absorbing and damp-proofing door comprises a door frame and a door plank. The door plank is hinged to the edge of the door frame and provided with a sound-absorbing layer, a plank layer and a damp-proofing layer sequentially from inside to outside. The sound-absorbing layer is provided with concaved grooves evenly, the grooves are shaped like the Arabic number eight, and the bottoms of the grooves are provided with sound-absorbing cotton located at the concaved portions of the grooves. The damp-proofing layer comprises a glass interlayer, water-absorbing cotton and vacuum protrusions, and the water-absorbing cotton and the vacuum protrusions are located on the outer side of the glass interlayer and arranged at intervals. The sound-absorbing and damp-absorbing devices are arranged, so that the service life of the door for the music hall is prolonged, and the seeing and hearing effect is enhanced for people.
