The invention discloses a thermal-insulation fireproof window. The thermal-insulation fireproof window comprises a window frame, a sash, fireproof glass and a zigzag channel, wherein the window frame comprises a window frame fireproof core and window frame decorating layers arranged on one side or two sides of the window frame fireproof core; the window frame fireproof core is prepared from a phenolic resin matrix composite; at least one fireproof cavity is formed in the window frame fireproof core; the sash comprises a sash fireproof core and sash decorating layers arranged on one side or two sides of the sash fireproof core; the sash fireproof core is prepared from a phenolic resin matrix composite; at least one fireproof cavity is formed in the sash fireproof core; the fireproof glass is arranged on the sash fireproof core and is used for supporting a supporting surface of the fireproof glass; and the zigzag channel is formed between the window frame fireproof core and the sash fireproof core. The thermal-insulation fireproof window is simple in structure, high in safety performance and good in fireproof effect, effectively stops flame from moving out, prevents fire from spreading, and meets requirements of relevant specifications of fireproof windows. Meanwhile, the thermal-insulation fireproof window has good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties, and meets requirements of various places on energy conservation of doors and windows of buildings.
