The invention relates to an aluminum alloy screen window for high-rise buildings. The aluminum alloy screen window comprises a frame, a first frame, a second frame, a second window screen, a first window screen, clamp blocks, springs, a cylinder, a starting button and protective plates. The frame, the first frame and the second frame are made of aluminum alloy section bars; the frame is divided into a first region and a second region by the first frame and the second frame; the second window screen is fixedly arranged in the second region; the first window screen capable of moving up and down is arranged in the first region; the springs are arranged on two sides of a space between the first frame and the second frame, and two ends of each spring are respectively arranged inside the first frame and the second frame; the cylinder is further arranged in the first frame; telescopic rods of the cylinder penetrate the first frame and the second frame and are fastened and connected with the first frame and the second frame; the cylinder is connected with the starting button on the first frame; the protective plates are further arranged on two sides of a joint of the upper end of the frame and the first window screen. The aluminum alloy screen window has the advantages that outer layers of the window screens of the aluminum alloy screen window can be conveniently and safely cleaned, and accordingly the aluminum alloy screen window is high in practicality.
