Rugged bark texture manufacturing technique
The invention relates to a technique for replication and creation through ecological bark texture, in particular to a natural bark replication technique. By means of the technique, the blank of seamless bark feature wall face construction is filled. The rugged bark texture manufacturing technique comprises the steps that local bark with natural features is selected, a polyurethane mold is used for replication treatment, and then a decorative board is manufactured and pressed through a polyurethane die; each 500*500*10 mmm of a wall face product is prepared from, by weight, 3.6 kg of water, 1.2 kg of cement, 2.1 kg of sand, 0.12 kg of hair, 0.3 kg of glue and a small amount of pigment such as iron oxide red, the raw materials are stirred evenly and laid on the die, then a vibrating platform is smeared with the mixture of the raw materials, and demolding is conducted after the mixture of the raw materials is solidified naturally; and the pigment such as the iron oxide red is painted according to the bark wall face effect, slight manual trimming is conducted, water is sprayed onto the wall face, the wall face is dried and solidified naturally, and the bark feature wall face is formed through inlaying construction. A natural seamless bark effect is achieved. The technique is mainly used for reproduction treatment of the ecological bark texture and replication, creation and treatment process of natural landscaping.
