The invention discloses a formwork formed by wrapping battens with whole wide glass cloth and a production line. The formwork comprises the multiple battens arranged side by side, and is formed by wrapping the battens with the inner glass cloth and the outer glass cloth and infusing epoxy resin for adhesion and solidification. The inner glass cloth layer is a whole piece wrapping the upper and lower faces of the battens in a crossing manner without breaking off between the battens. According to the formwork, the whole piece of wide glass cloth wraps the battens in a crossing manner firstly, so that the connecting structure of the battens arranged side by side is improved, the traditional manner that battens are wrapped independently and adhere to one another with resin is changed to the manner that the battens are connected by the glass cloth and the resin at the same time, so that the connection strength between the battens is improved, and the strength property of the formwork is improved.
