Shaft kiln-partition rotary kiln combination unit
The invention relates to a shaft kiln-partition rotary kiln combination unit. The shaft kiln-partition rotary kiln combination unit comprises a shaft kiln and a partition rotary kiln. The shaft kiln is connected with a limestone feeder. The combination unit is provided with a cement bin, a partition feeding bin, a cooler and a clinker cooler. A kiln body of the partition rotary kiln is composed of an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein the inner ring and the outer ring are coaxially installed. A kiln chamber is arranged in the center of the inner ring, and an annular material chamber is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. The kiln chamber is connected to a smoke inlet in the middle of the shaft kiln through a kiln tail cover and a flue. The cement bin is connected to the kiln chamber through the kiln tail cover, and the partition feeding bin is connected to the annular material chamber through a charging ring. The annular material chamber is connected to the cooler through a discharging ring, and the kiln chamber is connected to the clinker cooler through a kiln head cover. A decomposed gas outlet is formed in the charging ring and connected to a gas treatment device. The shaft kiln and the partition rotary kiln are combined, waste heat of the rotary kiln is fully utilized, cement production heat losses are reduced, heat and materials are comprehensively utilized, and energy consumption and production cost are reduced.
