The invention discloses a building cement, which comprises the following substances by mass: 500-600 parts of a cement clinker, 100-300 parts of industrial waste residue, 100-200 parts of pulverized coal ash, 100-150 parts of slag powder, 50-100 parts of river sand, 50-100 parts of fluorine gypsum, 10-20 parts of sodium chloride, 10-20 parts of titanate, 5-10 parts of sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of alum, and 3-6 parts of sodium nitrite. According to the invention, in a preparation process of the cement, alum and sodium sulfate with antifreezing effect are added into the cement, after further mixing, the product is subjected to bagging, and during use, the cement only needs to be mixed into a concrete raw material. The building cement provided by the invention has strong anti-freezing performance, also is relatively uniform overall, and can reduce the cracking situation.
