Regenerated active blended material and preparation method of same
The invention discloses a regenerated active blended material and a preparation method of the same, wherein the regenerated active blended material includes regenerated concrete micro-powder and regenerated glass micro-powder as raw materials. The preparation method includes the following steps: (A) grinding a crushed regenerated concrete fine aggregate into powder, sieving the powder by 1-4 times, wherein the mesh sizes of the sieves in the four times are reduced successively and the grinding time is increased successively; (B) roasting a sieve residue to obtain regenerated concrete powder being excellent in activity; (C) washing regenerated glass and crushing the regenerated glass into granules being 5 mm in size to obtain the required regenerated glass fine aggregate; (D) mixing the regenerated fine aggregate micro-powder accounting for 50-70 wt% and the regenerated glass fine aggregate accounting for 30-50 wt%, and grinding the mixture until specific surface area reaches 300-400 m<2>/kg. In the regenerated active blended material, the regenerated concrete micro-powder itself is low in activity while the glass is high in activity, so that activity of the regenerated concrete fine aggregate micro-powder is increased in activity by compounding the two components hereinabove.
