The cement expansive agent includes the following components, by weight, 60-75% of gypsum, 6-10% of aluminum sulfate, 6-10% of potassium sulfate, 5-10% of ammonium sulfate, 5-10% of a salt containing a phosphate radical, and 5-10% of a salt containing a carbonate radical. The cement expansive agent has the functions of crack resistance, permeation resistance and shrinkage compensation, has a self-adapting function to acidic and alkaline environments, is suitable in various environment conditions and can enhance stability and corrosion resistance of cement.
