Constructional energy-saving heat-preserving material
The invention discloses a constructional energy-saving heat-preserving material, belonging to the technical field of constructional materials. The heat-preserving material comprises the following components by mass: 40 to 60% of ordinary Portland cement, 15 to 30% of ceramic wastes, 10 to 20% of fly ash, 5 to 10% of a foaming agent and 5 to 10% of a modification additive. Compared with the prior art, the constructional energy-saving heat-preserving material provided by the invention has the following technical advantages: 1) industrial wastes like the ceramic wastes and the fly ash are used in a formula, so production cost is reduced, and the problem of environmental pollution due to stockpiling treatment of the ceramic wastes and the fly ash is alleviated; 2) the used ceramic wastes and fly ash can improve the heat-preserving property of the heat-preserving material and have the characteristics of weathering resistance, corrosion resistance, freezing-thawing resistance, etc.; and 3) the used modification additive has foam-stabilizing effect and is capable of promoting rapid coagulation and hardening among the cement, the ceramic wastes and the fly ash.
