The invention discloses a soil curing agent which includes the following components, by mass, 5-10 parts of cement, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 4-15 parts of lime, 10-20 parts of sodium silicate, 5-25 parts of sodium carbonate, 2-5 parts of crystal whisker of calcium sulfate, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 3-5 parts of sulfonated oil, 1-2 parts of triethanolamine and 0.5-1 part of a curing agent. The soil curing agent is prepared by mixing the components according to mass ratio and stirring the components uniformly. In the soil curing agent, the crystal whisker of calcium sulfate, the epoxy resin and such components are added, so that the soil curing agent is improved in toughness and is free of cracking even in long-time sunlight exposure.
