Method for preparing acid resistance ceramsite fracturing propping agent by using rare earth compound
The present invention discloses a method for preparing an acid resistance ceramsite fracturing propping agent by using a rare earth compound. The method comprises: (1) preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise, by mass, 69-99% of Al2O3, 0.01-10% of a rare earth compound, and 0.1-30% of a composite additive; (2) carrying out wet ball milling on the prepared materials for 5-96 h, and uniformly mixing, wherein a ratio of water to the total mass of the raw materials is 1:3-3:1; (3) drying the obtained material at a temperature of 100-130 DEG C, and performing a molding process to prepare spherical particle green body; and (4) sintering the spherical particle green body obtained in the step (3) at a temperature of 1000-1500 DEG C, carrying out thermal insulation for 0.5-3 h, and naturally cooling to a room temperature so as to obtain the acid resistance ceramsite fracturing propping agent having good acid resistance performance. According to the present invention, the general industrial equipment is used, the process is simple, and the industrial production is easily achieved; and the prepared product has the low sintering temperature, and the high temperature energy consumption and the product cost in the high aluminum ceramic production can be significantly reduced.
