Temperature-stable-type ultralow-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic LaY2V3O12
Disclosed are low-temperature-sinterable tetragonal-zirconia-structured temperature-stable-type ultralow-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic LaY2V3O12 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) preparing the following materials according to the composition of the LaY2V3O12: raw powders of La2O3, Y2O3 and V2O5, which are higher than 99.9% in purity by weight percentage ratio; (2) performing wet-method ball milling to the raw materials for 12 h to mix the raw materials with distilled water as a ball milling medium, drying the mixture, and pre-burning the mixture at 800 DEG C under atmosphere for 6 h; (3) adding an adhesive to the powder produced in the step (2), performing granulation, press-moulding the mixture, and sintering the mixture at 850-900 DEG C under atmosphere for 4 h, wherein the adhesive is a polyvinyl alcohol solution being 5% in mass concentration and the addition quantity of the polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of the total weight of the powders. The ceramic is excellently sintered at lower than 900 DEG C, reaches 11.3-11.8 in dielectric constant, reaches 141000-185000 GHz in quality factor Qf and is lower in temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. The ceramic has great application value in industry.
