Thermal radiation coating used for ceramic kilns
The invention discloses a thermal radiation coating used for ceramic kilns. The thermal radiation coating comprises 6 to 75wt% of a base material and an additive, 5 to 29wt% of a binder, 0.5 to 3wt% of a plasticizer, and the balance a solvent; the base material and the additive are a mixture of five or all the ingredients selected from zinc aluminum spinel powder, manganese aluminum spinel powder, ilmenite powder, boron carbide, ferric oxide, and desilicated zirconia powder; the binder is composed of liquid aluminium dihydrogen phosphate, and liquid magnesium dihydrogen phosphate. Operating temperature range of the thermal radiation coating is large; the thermal radiation coating can be used at a temperature higher than 1400 DEG C; the highest application temperature can be about 2000 DEG C; the thermal radiation coating is suitable for a plurality of base materials and acid and alkali multiple atmospheres, is capable of increasing energy utilization thermal efficiency, and reducing the temperature of the base materials coated with the thermal radiation coating, possesses excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is convenient to use; adhesive force on base materials is high; long-term durability is high; thermal impact strength is high; and influences on the environment are few.
