The invention discloses a method for producing environmentally friendly high-temperature fold-resistant high-strength high purity corundum bricks, wherein various particles are prepared, are mixed according to specific compositions and are put into a mixing mill, are uniformly mixed by adding with binding agents, mixed materials are vibrated and casted to be blanks, and the blanks are dried after being maintained for 12-15 hours in a green house, are placed into a high-temperature electric resistance furnace to burn in 1100-1200 DEG C after being dried, and are kept in warm for 3-4 hours. The method for producing environmentally friendly high-temperature fold-resistant high-strength high purity corundum bricks can greatly reduce the dosage of alpha-aluminum oxide (Alpha-Al2O3) nanometer powder, reduces firing temperature simultaneously, and greatly improves high temperature fold-resistant strength corundum bricks.
