Highly-water-resistant light refractory aggregate
The invention discloses a production process of highly-water-resistant light refractory aggregate. The production process comprises the steps of treating, by weight, 65-71 parts of aluminum oxide,18-21 parts of fused magnesite, 0.9 part of alpha-Al<2>O<3> nanometer powder with the mass fraction being 99.9%, 0.5-0.8 part of alpha-Al<2>O<3> micro powder with the mass fraction being 99.9%, 0.5 part of kyanite micro powder, 0.6-0.9 part of radium stone micro powder, and 0.2 part of sericite as main raw materials, after the materials are subjected to ball milling and become uniform, keeping the temperature at 15 DEG C, continuing adding addition agents, continuing stirring uniformly, and obtaining mixed slurry; pouring the slurry which is prepared ready into a die and shaped up, conducting natural drying, conducting die releasing, sintering wet blanks which are dried ready in an electric furnace, wherein the sintering process is divided into two steps, conducting furnace cooling, and obtaining finished products. The light refractory aggregate is extremely good in water resistance, high in strength and relatively good in thermal insulation effect.
