The invention discloses a long spiral mix spray pre-grouting press concrete post-inserted steel reinforcement cage cast-in-place pile construction process. The characteristic that a drill bit and a drilling tool of a modified long spiral rotary jet mixing pile machine can better adapt to hard soil layers is utilized, and undisturbed soil layers are subjected to rotary jet and stirring on site; cement paste is added while stirring, after the designed pile bottom elevation is reached, a long spiral drilling tool hose is connected with a pit pump conveying pipe, and concrete starts to be pumped to reach the designed pile top elevation; and a steel reinforcement cage and a conveying device are lifted through a crane, the steel reinforcement cage is placed into the concrete medially, and a steel reinforcement concrete cast-in-place pile body provided with a concrete paste shell is formed. The construction process has the advantages that both the pile bottom and the pile side of the long spiral pore-forming press concrete post-inserted steel reinforcement cage cast-in-place pile are wrapped by the concrete paste, and a clear limit between the pile and the soil is eliminated, so that compared with a compressive pile or an uplift pile formed through an existing pile forming method, the bearing capacity of the pile is improved. Meanwhile, the construction, which is difficult originally, on sandy gravel soil layers can be easy.
