Multi-arch sheet pile supporting structure and construction process
The invention discloses a multi-arch sheet pile supporting structure and a construction process. The multi-arch sheet pile supporting structure is used for enclosure of the peripheral wall of a foundation pit and comprises I-shaped sheet piles arranged along the supporting positioning line of the foundation pit at intervals. The center of the bottom face of each I-shaped sheet pile is provided with a tenon arranged in the longitudinal direction of the I-shaped sheet pile. Multi-arch mounting grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of each tenon. Concrete soil-blocking arches with the soil-blocking and water-stopping effects are embedded between the multi-arch mounting grooves of the adjacent I-shaped sheet piles. A water-stopping rubber belt with a waterproof sealing function is arranged at the joint of each concrete soil-blocking arch and the corresponding multi-arch mounting groove. According to the multi-arch sheet pile supporting structure and the construction process, the combination structure of the I-shaped sheet piles and the concrete soil-blocking arches is adopted, so that soil blocking and water stopping of the foundation pit are achieved through the concrete soil-blocking arches with cubic-parabola-type curved surfaces, stress is more reasonable, the force transfer effect is better, the supporting rigidity is high, it can be ensured that all the I-shaped sheet piles are stressed uniformly, and the supporting effect is improved; according to the assembled type split supporting structure, construction is convenient and rapid, members can be used repeatedly, and therefore manufacturing cost is reduced.
