An annular groove matched with the annular iron block is formed in the well lid body. The surface of the annular groove is an electromagnetic layer. A cipherer and an electric control box are arranged on the well lid body. The cipherer is connected with the electric control box. The electric control box is connected with the electromagnetic layer through a circuit. A through hole is formed in the middle of the well lid body. A rotating rod is arranged inside the through hole. A rotating disc is arranged at the upper end of the rotating rod. The lower end of the rotating rod penetrates the well lid body to be provided with a plurality of rotating blades. The upper ends of the rotating blades are in contact fit with the well lid body. The well lid is effectively prevented from being stolen.
