The invention discloses a drainage well lid which comprises a well base and a well lid body. A fixing plate is arranged on the bottom face of the well lid body. A sliding groove is formed in the fixing plate. Two sliding blocks are arranged inside the sliding groove. The two sliding blocks are connected through a spring. A rectangular through groove is formed inside the sliding groove in the fixing plate. Two connecting rods are arranged inside the rectangular through groove. The two connecting rods are arranged in a rotatable-staggered manner. One end of each of the two connecting rods is connected with the corresponding sliding block, and the other end of each connecting rod is connected with a partition plate. A rectangular sliding groove is formed in each partition plate. The other end of each of the two connecting rods penetrates the rectangular through groove through a bolt to be connected with the corresponding partition plate. The partition plates are matched with the inner wall of the well base. A drainage hole is formed in the well lid body. The well lid is effectively prevented from being stolen.
