The invention provides a method for determining the influence of a waterproof curtain leakage below a foundation pit excavation surface on surroundings. The method comprises the steps that on the basis of scene investigation and foundation pit information collection, the ultrasonic imaging CT technology is adopted for determining the position of the waterproof curtain leakage and the area of the leakage, and a measured value of well water level observation and other data are obtained through a foundation pit water pumping test; a three-dimensional fluid-solid coupled model is built, a leakage unit is arranged at the position of the waterproof curtain leakage according to the area of the leakage, the water pumping test is simulated, analysis model calculation is performed, and finally a calculated value of the well water level observation is obtained; according to the fitting condition of the measured value and the calculated value, permeability coefficients at the position of the waterproof curtain leakage are determined; and the permeability coefficients at the position of the leakage are input to the leakage unit, leakage consolidation simulation is performed, and finally the underground water level and ground subsidence amount of a foundation fit are determined. The method is simple and convenient to popularize, has the great application value and is applicable to solving the problem of the waterproof curtain leakage below the foundation pit excavation surface.
