The invention provides a hydraulic grab capable of being rotationally adjusted. The front end of a mechanical arm for loading, unloading and moving objects is connected with a hydraulic grabbing head through a hydraulic rotating device, and the hydraulic rotating device is provided with a hydraulic oil pipe which is connected and communicated with hydraulic equipment. During usage, a grabbing tool at the front end of the mechanical arm can be controlled to rotate by different angles as required through the hydraulic equipment, and the objects can be moved, loaded and unloaded more conveniently and advantageously.
