A silt discharging port is formed in one side of the silt storage tank, and a feeding port is formed in one side of the clean water tank. The clean water tank is connected with the water storage tank through a reflux pipe. The reflow pipe is internally provided with a reflux pump. Supporting rods are arranged on one side of the silt discharging device body, and handrails are arranged at one ends of the handrails. A controller is arranged at the upper end of the silt discharging device body. The controller is provided with a work power source and a control switch. A bracing rod is arranged at the upper end of the controller, and an alarm device is arranged at the upper end of the bracing rod. The weighing device arranged in the water filtering plate can detect the weight of silt in the silt storage tank, and after a certain mass is reached, an alarm is given through the alarm device.
