The invention relates to an energy-storage water-saving squatting pan flushing tank which comprises a water tank body, a draining valve and a draining pipe. A draining port is formed in the lower portion of the water tank body, the draining pipe is connected with the draining port, the draining valve is arranged at the lower portion of the draining pipe, and water is stored in the draining pipe for a long period of time. Due to the fact the draining valve is arranged at the lower portion of the draining pipe and water is stored in the draining pipe for a long period of time, the potential energy of the water in the draining pipe can be fully utilized during flushing, water pressure cannot reduced, flushing efficiency can be improved, the pan cavity of a squatting pan can be flushed to be clean only through one-time flushing needing 6 liters of water volume, and the water-saving and consumption-reducing purposes are achieved.
