The invention provides a foaming device which is simpler and more practical in structure and is installed on various sanitary fittings for use. On the basis of the properties that a solid foaming agent is slow to be dissolved and the foaming agent is easy to be adsorbed on fiber objects, a pocket is made from a dense fiber fabric and a solid foaming agent is stored in the pocket and is immersed in water of a foaming box, so that the foaming agent can achieve a purpose of slowly releasing foam for the use of several times within a relatively long duration; a liquid foaming agent, which is adsorbed in sponge or cotton or a cloth ball, is stored in the pocket and is immersed in the foaming box, so that the foaming agent can also slowly release and dissolve for the use of several times within a relatively long duration. By supplying the foaming agent through a slow release technology, a foaming agent box, an electromagnetic valve, a micro water pump and a complex control system of a conventional foaming device are omitted, so that the structure is simplified and cost is reduced, and various defects of the conventional foaming device are overcome, so that the foaming device is more conducive to installation on the sanitary fitting and is more conducive to popularization and application.
