The invention discloses an energy storage self-regulation type building outer wall structure which comprises a foundation wall, wherein an insulating layer is arranged on the outer side of the foundation wall; a ventilation layer is arranged on the inner side of the foundation wall; an interior decoration layer is arranged outside the ventilation layer; the ventilation layer is provided with an air duct from the bottom of the foundation wall to the top of the foundation wall; a draught fan is arranged in the air duct; an air inlet is horizontally formed in the top of the air duct; an air outlet is formed in the bottom of the air duct; the draught fan is arranged at the intersection of the air inlet and the air duct; an upper air plate and a lower air plate are arranged on the air inlet and form a 60-120-degree included angle; a solar panel is arranged on the upper air plate and the lower air plate and is connected with a storage battery; the draught fan is connected with the storage battery. According to the invention, the ventilation layer arranged in a wall body can play the role of heat insulation and enables air in the ventilation layer to flow as required so as to decrease the indoor temperature.
