The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials and provides a thermal insulation wall with expanded and vitrified micro bubbles. The thermal insulation wall with the expanded and vitrified micro bubbles comprises an inner wallboard, an outer wallboard and building blocks. Each building block comprises a block body which comprises an outer plate, an inner plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, wherein a connection rib is connected between the left side plate and the right side plate, the left side plate is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole perpendicular to the first through hole and is further provided with a third through hole, and the right side plate is structurally identical to the left side plate. The thermal insulation wall further comprises a plurality of first steel plates and second steel plates, the first steel plates and the second steel plates are in staggered connection and inserted into the first through holes and the second through holes respectively, and thermal insulation mortar is poured in a hollow portion of each block body. Owing to the third through hole, the corresponding hollow portions of each two adjacent block bodies are communicated with each other, so that the thermal insulation mortar in the communicated hollow portions can be connected mutually to achieve better thermal insulation effects. In addition, by the aid of the first steel plates and the second steel plates, high structural steadiness and high positioning accuracy in wall construction are realized. The thermal insulation wall with the expanded and vitrified micro bubbles solves the problem of poor airtightness of existing walls made of building blocks.
