Construction process of rammed earth wall
The invention discloses a construction process of a rammed earth wall. The construction process includes: ramming layer by layer from a bottom rammed layer in contact with the ground to the design height of the rammed earth wall, wherein each rammed layer is rammed through form board setting, wall ramming and form board demounting; ramming of each rammed layer includes: ramming earth materials are thrown towards the inner wall of a form board during pouring to allow stones in the ramming earth materials to bounce towards the middle of the form board, leveling the surfaces of the newly added ramming earth materials, the thickness of the ramming earth materials loosely paved on each sublayer is allowed to be 100-200mm, the thickness of the rammed earth layer is allowed to be 2/3 of the loose paving thickness, earth material thickness and levelness are controlled by using the scale marks on the inner side of the form board as reference, the loosely-paved earth materials are manually treaded down before ramming to avoid upturning of the loosely-paved earth materials during ramming, and the newly added earth materials are rammed continuously and evenly. The construction process is applicable to the reconstruction and renovation of dangerous and old traditional rammed earth houses in villages and small towns of China, the protection and repair of traditional villages and traditional houses and the ramming construction of rammed earth civil building projects.
