The invention discloses a mounting structure of a suspended slanted special-shaped curtain wall board. The mounting structure comprises a mounting framework and a curtain wall board element, the curtain wall board element is fixedly laid on the mounting framework, and comprises a plurality of curtain wall board units, a first bent portion is formed at one end of each curtain wall board unit, U-shaped second bent portions are formed in the other ends of the curtain board units, the open direction of the second bent portions is opposite to that of the first bent portions, the first bent portion of one of every two adjacent curtain wall board units is in buckle joint with the second bent portion of the other curtain wall board unit, and the rest of the curtain wall board units are connected in the same way. Compared with the prior art, the structure and connecting mode of the curtain wall board are innovated, the operation of adding sealants to edge joints can be omitted, one-time waterproofness of the structure is achieved, and therefore waterproofness cost is reduced while waterproofness performance is improved.
