The invention discloses a double-curved-surface keel connecting device. The keel connecting device comprises a U-shaped support-arm bracket provided with a first support arm and a second support arm, an adjusting screw rod, and an adjusting base for fixing a sub-keel, wherein a support-arm supporting tube is arranged at a connected position of the first support arm and the second support arm in an extending manner; one end of the adjusting screw rod is fixedly connected with the adjusting base; the other end of the adjusting screw rod is connected with the support-arm supporting tube in a telescopic manner; fixing supports for fixing a main keel are respectively arranged on the inner side of the free end of the first support arm and the inner side of the free end of the second support arm. The keel connecting device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the angle between the main keel and the sub-keel, and the distance between the main keel and the sub-keel can be conveniently adjusted; the keel connecting device is simple in structure, convenient to mount, large in adjusting range, and high in applicability and universality.
