The invention discloses a foamed cement slurry column and a making method thereof. The making method includes: (1), mixing cement, coal ash, calcium stearate, hydrogen peroxide and water for foaming reaction to obtain foamed cement slurry; (2), mixing the foamed cement slurry, stone, sand, polyethylene, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, water, air entraining agent and water reducer to obtain concrete; (3), pouring the concrete into a rebar framework, and maintaining to obtain the foamed cement slurry column. The foamed cement slurry column made by the method has excellent resistance to water seepage and to high temperature.
