Aluminum-plastic plate with internal honeycomb support
The invention provides an aluminum-plastic plate with an internal honeycomb support. The aluminum-plastic plate comprises a honeycomb plate support, polymer layers, inner skin membrane layers, aluminum-plastic plate layers, outer skin membrane layers and hydrophilic self-cleaning layers. Two sides of the honeycomb plate support are coated with the polymer layers. Honeycomb cells of the honeycomb plate support are filled with a filling material. Center lines of the honeycomb cells of the honeycomb plate support are parallel to the aluminum-plastic plate layer. The polymer layer is externally provided with the corresponding inner skin membrane layer which is externally provided with the corresponding aluminum-plastic plate layer, the aluminum-plastic plate layer is externally provided with the corresponding outer skin membrane layer, and the outer skin membrane layer is externally provided with the corresponding hydrophilic self-cleaning layer. The aluminum-plastic plate has the internal honeycomb support; after the honeycomb support is used, the aluminum-plastic plate has high overall strength, good aseismic effect and better performance.
