Tie bolt leakage-proof plugging process for frame column formwork
The invention relates to a tie bolt leakage-proof plugging process for a frame column formwork. The process includes the steps: (1), mounting a formwork; (2), mounting transverse back ribs, namely fixing a plurality of transverse back ribs evenly to the formwork; (3), mounting tie bolts, namely extending the tie bolts through the formwork between the transverse back ribs, and sleeving the tie bolts on two sides of the formwork via two leakage-proof plugs, respectively; (4), mounting vertical back ribs, namely extending a vertical steel tube as a back rib through an end of one tie bolt on one side of the corresponding transverse back rib; fixing a tie bolt fastener to the tie bolt end at the outer end of the corresponding steel tube so as to lock the corresponding vertical back rib; (5), adjusting straightness of the formwork, and performing concreting. Mortar leakage is avoided in the concreting process, missing-mortar area of a concrete face layer is reduced, appearance quality of an as-cast structure is improved, the size of an original rubber pad is reduced by using the tie bolt leakage-proof plugs, leakage at tie bolt penetrated parts of the formwork is prevented practically and effectively, and appearance quality of as-cast concrete frame columns is good.
