The invention discloses a piggy-back intelligent vehicle carrier. The piggy-back intelligent vehicle carrier comprises a traveling mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a controller, a wireless communication device and a battery power supply device; the lifting mechanism is arranged on the traveling mechanism; the controller controls the traveling mechanism and the lifting mechanism; the wireless communication device is connected with the controller and communicates with an external remote scheduling automatic control system. The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle carrying system comprising a plurality of piggy-back intelligent vehicle carriers, the remote scheduling automatic control system and a wireless network system; the remote scheduling automatic control system is in data communication with the piggy-back intelligent vehicle carriers through the wireless network system. The piggy-back intelligent vehicle carriers is capable of moving in any specified direction so that the efficiency of parking and picking up cars is improved; according to the intelligent vehicle carrying system, the plurality of piggy-back intelligent vehicle carriers can be arranged at random and flexibly, and therefore, the efficiency of parking and picking up cars is greatly improved.
