The invention discloses a dry-hanging wall surface concealed door and a construction method thereof. The concealed door comprises a mounting frame, a keel and a panel, wherein the keel is hinged with the mounting frame through a connecting piece; the panel is fixed on one side of the keel through a hanging piece; the other side of the keel is provided with a packaging plate; and the keel is completely coated by the packaging plate. During constructing the concealed door, the construction method comprises the following steps of early-stage preparation, welding of the mounting frame, making of the keel, mounting of the connecting piece, mounting of the panel, packaging treatment, adjusting and acceptance inspection, surface cleaning and marking. According to the concealed door and the construction method disclosed by the invention, the beauty of the concealed door in both a closed state or an open state is ensured, the cost of the concealed door is reduced due to the appropriate construction method, the service life of the concealed door is prolonged and the concealed door is easy to promote and use.
