The invention discloses a sound-insulation mechanism of a sound-insulation sliding door. According to a scheme, the sound-insulation mechanism of the sound-insulation sliding door comprises a door panel and a sliding track, wherein a chute is formed in the lower portion of the door panel; the sliding track is matched with the chute of the door panel; arc-shaped projections are arranged on two side wall surfaces, which are opposite to the sliding track, of the chute; arc-shaped grooves which are matched with the arc-shaped projections are formed in two side wall surfaces, which are opposite to the chute, of the sliding track; and a gap is formed between each arc-shaped projection and the corresponding arc-shaped groove. By the sound-insulation mechanism of the sound-insulation sliding door, the problem that a sound-insulation effect of a sliding door in the prior art is poor is solved.
