The invention provides a sound-attenuation blind window. The sound-attenuation blind window comprises blades, wherein the blades comprise cover blades and sound-attenuation blades; the sound-attenuation blades are arranged on two sides of the cover blades; the cover blades are made of non-transparent materials; the sound-attenuation blades are made of transparent materials; and micropores are formed in the sound-attenuation blades. The blades of the blind window have an excellent sound-attenuation effect, and the influence of external noises on an indoor environment can be reduced effectively.
