The invention relates to a tail fixing clamp for an insulating hard ladder. The tail fixing clamp comprises an insulating ladder pipe fixator, a first angle steel clamping device and a second angle steel clamping device. The insulating ladder pipe fixator is used for fixing a square ladder pipe of the insulating hard ladder, fastened by screws and nuts and connected with the first angle steel clamping device through a steering joint, the second angle steel clamping device sleeves the first angle steel clamping device, and the first angle steel clamping device and the second angle steel clamping device clamp two right-angle sides of angle steel on a high-voltage power tower at the same time to enable the insulating hard ladder to be set up on the high-voltage power tower. The tail fixing clamp is small in size and light in weight, safety is improved, and labor intensity of operating personnel is reduced; comfortability and safety during operation when entering an electrified position along the insulating hard ladder are improved further.
