An early strength polyether ester water reducer is provided. The raw materials of the water reducer comprise: polyester with reactive unsaturated group, polyethylene glycol with reactive unsaturated group, acrylic acid, leucine, reducing agent, chain transfer agent and initiator. When the water reducer uses in the concrete with high clay content, the concrete can keep good performances of strength and slump retain value, and especially the concrete has good early strength performance.
