The partition board is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of cement, 12-16 parts of calcium silicate slag, 8-11 parts of steel slag sand and colemanite, 1.3-2.4 parts of maleic anhydride, 4-6 parts of silicone-acrylate emulsion, 1-3 parts of aluminium oxide, 2-5 parts of alkylphenol ethoxylate, 1.3-3.2 parts of triethanolamine, 12-16 parts of perlite powder, 0.6-2.3 parts of calcium hydroxide, 13-17 parts of river sediment, 18-22 parts of wheat straws, 15-18 parts of coconut shell, 3-6 parts of additive and proper amount of water. The light partition board prepared by compositing the steel slag sand and the river sediment is light, is low in cost, has the characteristics of better heat insulation and corrosion prevention, good hanging force, high strength, firmness, durability and beauty and has a very extensive market prospect.
