C30 temperature shrinkage cracking-resistant steam-curing concrete, and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material, and provides a C30 temperature shrinkage cracking-resistant steam-curing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The C30 temperature shrinkage cracking-resistant steam-curing concrete is used for solving a technical problem that temperature shrinkage cracking of steam-curing concrete used for prefabricated buildings in severe cold areas in winter production is easily caused. The C30 temperature shrinkage cracking-resistant steam-curing concrete is composed of Portland cement, flyash, river sand, machine-made sand, broken stone, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, triterpenoidal saponin, UEA, and water. The preparation method comprises following steps: concrete raw materials are stirred so as to obtain a concrete, after pouring molding of an obtained mixture, an obtained material is allowed to stand for 2h or longer in an environment with a temperature ranging from 20 to 25 DEG C and relative humidity of 50% or higher; obtained concrete mold blocks are delivered into a kiln, temperature is increased from room temperature to 55-60 DEG C, a constant temperature is maintained for 7 to 10h, and then temperature is reduced to room temperature; the concrete mold blocks are collected out from the kiln for demolding, and then the surface of obtained concrete is covered with polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride plastic films immediately, and then the obtained concrete is subjected to stacking at 0 to -20 DEG C so as to obtain a finished product. Cracking of the C30 temperature shrinkage cracking-resistant steam-curing concrete at 0 to -20 DEG C is not caused, and a technical problem in winter production is solved.
