The invention relates to an anti-shock-deformation fireproof door core. A preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 30-40 parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 100-140 parts of water to preparing glue; putting the glue into a high-speed shearing machine, adding 5-10 parts of pored expanded perlite, 3-6 parts of magnesium aluminum silicate, 3-5 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-5 parts of an organic silicon flatting agent, 70-95 parts of sulphate aluminum cement and 2-3 parts of an amino alcohol corrosion inhibitor, and performing high-speed shearing and stirring, wherein the shearing speed is 6000-8000 RPM and the shearing time is 5-10min; transferring a product obtained from the former step into a high-speed stirring machine and adding 0.5-2 parts of the high-alumina cement foaming agent, wherein the stirring rotating speed is 1000-1500r/min and the stirring time is 10-15min; lastly, adding 20-30 parts of PVA short filaments and stirring, wherein the stirring rotating speed is 800-1000r/min and the stirring time is 5-10min; discharging the materials into a mould; regularly stacking for a 10dm<3> wire basket in the mould; and standing by in the mould till curing and forming, and then taking out and drying till the water content is 12%.
