Ceramic 3D printing method
The invention discloses a ceramic 3D printing method. The ceramic 3D printing method comprises following steps: pelletizing, wherein a low temperature binder and a middle temperature binder are prepared into low temperature binder particles with a particle size of 0.1 to 2mm and middle temperature binder particles with a particle size of 0.1 to 2mm respectively; mixing, wherein the low temperature binder particles and the middle temperature binder particles are uniformly mixed with ceramic powder so as to obtain a spray printing material; printing, wherein at a protective gas atmosphere, a ceramic 3D printer is used for spraying the spray printing material layer by layer, and rough blank is obtained via selective laser sintering; middle temperature sintering, wherein the rough blank is delivered into a sintering furnace, the temperature is adjusted to 400 to 700 DEG C for middle temperature sintering; and high temperature sintering, wherein after middle temperature sintering, the temperature of the sintering furnace is increased to 1500 to 1700 DEG C for high temperature sintering so as to obtain a finished product. The ceramic 3D printing method is capable of realizing evaporation of binders conveniently, increasing ceramic powder adhesive properties, and increasing product hardness and strength.
