EVA track backing plate
Provided is an EVA track backing plate, characterized in that the materials are 1-45 parts by weight of PA66, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a coupling agent, and 55-99 parts by weight of EVA. The PA66 is in filiform shape, and 0.4 mm<=length<=0.8 mm, 0.08 mm<=[psi]<=0.15 mm. Compared with the prior art, beneficial effects of the EVA track backing plate are that using a characteristic that tensile strength and hardness of the PA66 are high, the PA66 and the EVA are mixed, hardness of the backing plate is improved on the basis of maintaining original elasticity of EVA. The Shore hardness of the EVA track backing plate reaches 85 DEG. Heating temperature is originally designed. The melting point of the EVA does not exceed 160 DEG C, and the melting point of the PA66 is higher than 230 DEG C. Under the condition of heating between 160 DEG C and 190 DEG C, the EVA is molten, but the PA66 is not molten. In the state, the PA66 maintains the original filiform shape, a plurality of PA66 filaments randomly distribute in the EVA to form a net shape, just like cement with reinforcing steel bars, so hardness of the EVA is increased. The antishock property is maintained. The track backing plate made of the material is prolonged in service life, and can get preferable social benefits.
