The invention relates to a novel greening isolation belt which comprises a solar photovoltaic power generation system (comprising a solar cell, a controller, a storage battery and an inverter), an atmospheric water generator, a water storage tank, a booster pump and a moistube, wherein the solar photovoltaic power generation system provides power connection for the atmospheric water generator and the booster pump; water generated by the atmospheric water generator is stored by the water storage tank; the booster pump is arranged inside the water storage tank and connected with the moistube. According to the novel greening isolation belt, the solar cell needs to be placed at the top of the fence of the isolation belt, while other devices are buried below the fence; the overall design is concise and generous, labor management is avoided, self-sufficiency is achieved, and the novel greening isolation belt integrates energy conservation and environmental protection.
