The invention relates to a connecting hasp and a guardrail with the connecting hasp. The connecting hasp is provided with a main body, wherein a fastening portion for being connected with a first component and an erecting portion for containing a second component are arranged on the main body, the erecting portion is provided with an inner wall in contact with the second component and a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism comprises a switching part, the switching part rotates around a rotating axis L and the switching part can protrude out of or sink down into the inner wall after the switching part is rotated. The connecting hasp and the guardrail with the connecting hasp provided by the invention have the advantages that since a stand column and a crossbar are respectively fixed through the fastening portion and the erecting portion, the fastening portion can be fixed on the stand column by simple fastening only; since the rotating mechanism of the erecting portion is provided with the switching part, the assembling and disassembling of the hasp and the crossbar can be realized through the rotation of the switching part, the installation is facilitated, the energy-saving and environmental-friendly performance is good and the cost is reduced; the crossbar can be very conveniently disassembled during maintenance in future, the maintenance is very convenient to perform and the maintenance cost is reduced.
