The invention provides a chewing gum cleaner. A motor is arranged inside the cleaner and is connected with a perching knife and a fan. An outer side of the fan is covered by the fan to prevent an accident. A cooling plate is connected to the outer side of the motor; a heat conducting plate is installed at the bottom; and an intermediate semiconductor refrigeration plate is arranged between the cooling plate and the heat conducting plate. When the cleaner is in use, a switch is turned off; a battery provides the electric energy; and the motor rotates rapidly. Therefore, the perching knife is driven to rotate rapidly, thereby removing and cleaning gum.
