The invention provides a hole drilling and hydraulically expanded mesh cage cast-in-place anchoring body construction handpiece used for reinforcing natural slopes and artificial slopes and a construction method thereof. After an iron wire mesh cage hung on the hole drilling construction handpiece is drilled to the set depth from the drilling slope face and when a drill bit is lifted, the nearby iron wire mesh cage is expanded and supported through hydraulic jacking and supporting heads all round the construction handpiece. Therefore, the anchoring area and reinforcement area of an anchoring body are greatly increased, the antiskid force of the slopes is enhanced, the problem that due to the fact that the shear strength of the interior of the slopes is reduced or the external force influence destroys the slope stress balance, the slopes are not stable and debris flow and other geological disasters occur is avoided, and the stability and safety of the slopes are improved. The hole drilling, grouting, iron wire mesh cage laying and mesh cage expanding and support are integrated, the construction handpiece and the construction method thereof can be applied to the natural soil slopes or newly excavated and filled artificial slopes, the antiskid safety coefficient is increased, and the risks of the geological disasters are reduced. The construction method is simple, convenient to operate and high in efficiency.
