Underwater mould bag sand weir body construction method
The invention discloses an underwater mould bag sand weir body construction method. The underwater mould bag sand weir body construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, lofting point fixation is conducted on sidelines and corner points of mould bags; secondly, gauge piles are driven, and steel pipes are used for thickening and fixing the sidelines and the corner points; thirdly, the mould bags are machined and manufactured, double-layer sleeve openings are sewn, and positioning buoys are sewn on the tops of the mould bags; fourthly, the folded mould bags are laid on the water face through a fan folding method, and the edges and corners are fixed to the gauge piles through wire loops; fifthly, water-sand mixtures are processed in a cabin body of a cutter suction dredger or a sand carrier, a slush pump is used for pumping the mixtures to bag bodies through a pipeline, and bag openings are connected to bag inlet bends through easily-detached clamps to easily change the filling direction; and sixthly, the mould bags are horizontally connected in a lap joint mode and are perpendicularly stacked in a layered and joint staggered mode to form a weir body. The frequency of tube movement in the filling process is reduced, the problems that filling is uneven, underwater filling thickness is difficult to control, and the sleeve openings are not firm to bind and are prone to bursting are solved, and the working efficiency of underwater mould bag filling is improved. The underwater mould bag sand weir body construction method is suitable for construction forming of underwater mould bag sand weir bodies.
